At Godg3t, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary.
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be shipped to Israel at the customer's expense. Please contact us for the return address and to let us know you are returning an item, when the item is received by us, let us know if you want a new product or a refund.
Refunds: If your product did not arrive within 30 days of the order confirmation, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at sales@godg3t.com to initiate a refund request.
Please note that we guarantee that all products on our site have been tested by our team and will be sent to you in perfect condition. If you have any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to ask for a refund for the item you ordered, when we approve it we can send you a brand new product (if there's any issue with the shipment of the first one), or refund you. Once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
